Expert Knowledge for Balancing and Diagnostics

From professionals for professionals
Our seminar leaders are experienced “balancing professionals”. They have considerable practical knowledge that they pass on to you. For special problems in the area of balancing and diagnostics, further Schenck RoTec experts are also called on to provide you with knowledge and answers – also for your own individual problems.

Knowledge in black and white
Once you are back in your normal “business” you will learn to value your comprehensive seminar documentation. You can refer back to this when the subject didn’t quite stick, or you want to be absolutely sure of what you know. Your participation in the seminar is also confirmed by a certificate.

The program schedules
Each year Schenck Rotec publishes a detailed seminar schedule with a variety of course dates. If you’re interested, simply request our seminar program or visit our website.

One never stops learning
Knowledge about balancing and diagnostic technology is not very wide spread in practice and is often only superficial. Balancing and diagnostics are rarely covered in training, and are usually only touched briefly at technical college or university. Usually, you learn from colleagues or perhaps by independent study. All this is not a sound basis for practical work. Our training courses are specifically aimed at overcoming this gap. They deal with a variety of aspects from balancing theory to its practical application in every day operations and the solution of highly specific balancing problems.

Balancing and diagnostic technology as decisive quality factors
Balancing, and especially diagnostic techniques, are increasingly becoming decisive quality factors when it comes to rotating components. The danger exists that errors remain unidentified through lack of knowledge. Unbalance is not identifiable simply by looking at the rotor. When errors are not initially identified and eliminated they will make themselves felt at a later time in the delivered product – and this can be extremely expensive. The ideal is to achieve exactly the opposite: the quality of the product is denitely improved by balancing. This is achieved by a selective investment in training. This ultimately saves money and improves your quality.

When you realize what you don’t know, you’re on the right track!
New employees, long-standing operators, developers, design and method planning personnel are brought to the most current standard of balancing and diagnostic knowledge in our seminars. In addition to sound knowledge of basic principles, participants will learn many useful tips and tricks for everyday use and will gain experience on modern machines. This builds long-term competence, uses all the potential of your manufacturing methods and reduces the rejection rate while  improving quality.
